Clause (c) of this article was substituted and explanations 1 and 2 were added in notification no. G-2—1931/X—916-1949, dated May 24, 1962. Clause (c) formerly stood as follows:

"In this Article ‘Commercial employment in any capacity, including that of an agent, under a company, firm or individual engaged in Commercial business, and includes also a directorship of such company and a partnership of such firm."
