Assessment and recovery of rents

278. The local officer shall maintain a register of rents of buildings in Form no. 29 and enter therein the names of all rentable buildings under his charge, showing against each building the standard rent, as well as the name, rank, office and pay and allowance of the Government servant occupying the building.
