105. A list of the permanent establishment as it stood on April 1 will be prepared in treasury Forms 364 and 365 copies of which can be obtained from the local treasury officer and will be forwarded to the Principal Auditor, vide paragraph 127, volume V of the Handbook. Conservators concerned will submit the return for rangers, head assistants and head clerks to the Chief Conservator, who will consolidate them and forward a combined return. The lists of the rest of the establishment will be sent by conservators direct.
